Hello my name is Michelle. 

I started my coaching studies in 2009 and was inspired by a personal incident, an assault on my sister, during which she was locked up and abused by her tormentor for several days.

This was the beginning of an ordeal for our whole family. My sister fell into a deep depression and changed her entire personality. She was irritable, savoury, moody and negative about almost everything. 

She started therapy shortly after the crime, but I still felt like she was trapped inside herself. That's how our story began and we built a concept together. We looked at which techniques really helped and did her good. Over time, I have undergone countless further and advanced training courses and learnt techniques to develop a suitable concept for almost all characters and potentials. Together with my sister Lynn, who is now a coach herself, and the coaches Linda and Helen, we offer a comprehensive concept with a wide network in the Netherlands and Germany.
